1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CountdownHub website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform or place an order.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Platform.
• The Platform is intended for customers in India. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you reside.
• When creating an account you must provide accurate, current and complete information and update it as necessary.

3. Products & Availability

We display product information, pricing, and available quantities on the Platform. While we strive to keep information current, product availability and specification can change. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email and create a record in our system.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.
• Payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. By placing an order you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
• If payment authorization fails or fraud is suspected, we may cancel the order and notify you.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, product and courier availability.
• Delivery times are estimates only; CountdownHub is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We aim to keep returns straightforward. Specific return eligibility, timelines and refund methods are set out in our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

• Orders may be cancelled by you before they ship. Once an item has shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within the timeframe specified in our returns policy and supported with photos or evidence when requested.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item or after we confirm the issue per our policy.
• We may refuse returns for items that show signs of use, are not in original condition, or are excluded by the product page.

7. Product Warranties & Liability

• Products may carry manufacturer warranties; warranty terms vary by product and are the responsibility of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CountdownHub provides products and services "as is" and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, except any non-excludable statutory rights.
• CountdownHub's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product involved in the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, lost data) except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

8. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to: create fraudulent accounts, use the Platform to commit fraud, tamper with the site, or attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Providing false information or attempting to manipulate pricing, reviews, inventory or transaction flow may result in account suspension and order cancellation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, text, images, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to CountdownHub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your personal information. By using the Platform you consent to those practices.

11. Fraud Prevention & KYC

• We may require additional verification (KYC) for high-value orders, refunds, or where required by law. Typical documents include government ID and proof of address.
• We may withhold or cancel orders and suspend accounts if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

12. Changes to Products, Prices & Terms

• We may update product listings, prices, policies and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business, subject to applicable law.
